Areeb Digital ("the Company", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your data when you use our website areebd.sa and the apps and platforms we publish, including the Nas Life platform ("the Services").

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443 AH, as amended, and its Implementing Regulations, together with other applicable laws.

2. Data we collect

Depending on the service you use, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, profile photo and any information you choose to add to your profile.
• Usage data: interactions within the app, content you post, messages, and listings and orders in the marketplace.
• Location: with your permission, we use your location to show nearby places, circles and offers. You can withdraw the permission in your device settings at any time.
• Device and log data: device type, operating system, app identifiers, IP address and crash logs, for security and performance purposes.
• Communications: what you send us by email or through support channels.

Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
• To create your account, verify your identity and protect it.
• To show content and offers relevant to your location and interests within the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates and support.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

9. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have rights that include: being informed about how your data is processed, accessing it and obtaining a copy, requesting correction, completion or updating, requesting destruction when it is no longer needed, and withdrawing your consent at any time. 10. Children
